Welcome to my first post in my Newsletter “The Wildness within our Hearts”. I’m so excited to start sharing genuinely and wildly from my Heart. Creating this first post is such a great opportunity to remember to trust the guidance within my Heart. I can hear so many inner voices right now. Some of these voices are part of my old warning system telling me to stop, don’t do it, it’s too scary, too much, too unsafe to voice my truth. They tell me to stay small and hide.
Your blog speaks to me. We must listen with our hearts and act accordingly. The voice within guides us. Invites us to sit quietly and listen and act accordingly. This is how we live in truth and access the flow of heart energy. We give of our hearts from a place of direct wholeness and fullness within.
